What's Old is New
We just finished working on BROS Haberdashery.
The term, Haberdasher appears in Chaucer's Canterbury Tales
describing a peddler who sold small items like buttons and needles.
Haberdashers evolved to selling dry goods like fabric, sewing items
and such. When the term came to America, It described a "men's outfitter" such as a tailor or someone selling clothing and items for men.
We have been drawing plan's for the 2017 version of a haberdashery for a historic building on Muskogee's Main Street. Bros Haberdashery will be the first Men's Store in Muskogee for quite sometime. The two story structure will keep it's history while providing the latest in men's apparel.
The main level will serve customers needs on a personal basis, while the upstairs will focus on internet sales. The side of the building will have a giant "moustache" to welcome guests.
This business is part of Muskogee's rebirth as The space to visit and shop.
